脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫针刺选穴的理论依据与临床应用概况

摘要

整理针刺治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床试验文献,总结并分析针刺治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的选穴理论依据与临床应用概况.从中医学理论指导下的针刺选穴(头部腧穴,阳经腧穴,阴经腧穴,井穴,经筋结点)和现代康复医学理论指导下的针刺选穴(拮抗肌腧穴,夹脊穴,关键点)两方面进行综述,明确针刺治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效,为开展进一步研究提供参考.%Literatures of clinical trials on spastic hemiplegia after stroke treated by acupuncture were organized to summarize the point-selection theory and its clinical application.This research reviewed the point-selection guided by TCM theory(head points,points of yang meridians,points of yin meridians,Jing-well points,and meridian sinew nodal points) and modern rehabilitation theory (points on the antagonistic muscle,Jiaji points,and key points).It proved the effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke and provided some reference for further study.
