大型单列式主厂房钢骨混凝土边节点抗震性能研究

         

摘要

本文对某一单列式厂房中的顶层边节点抗震性能进行了研究。该节点钢梁截面高度很大,且为刚性连接形式,对结构抗震不利。根据工艺和施工需求,顶层边节点设计成梁贯通节点连接形式。根据实验室的设备条件和实际节点尺寸,针对此单列式厂房中的顶层梁贯通节点,设计和制作了1:3缩尺节点模型,进行了梁端低周期往复加载试验,得到了节点试件的破坏过程、破坏形态、试件的滞回曲线和骨架曲线。并采用ABAQUS软件对试验节点模型进行了非线性有限元分析。对比试验数据进行抗震性能分析,结果表明:本文所研究的钢骨混凝土柱-钢梁节点具有较高的承载力,满足原结构的设计要求,并有较大的安全储备,但位移延性系数和耗能能力相对较差。试验和理论分析结果基本吻合。%The seismic performances of the exterior joints on the top layer of a single-row plant were studied. The sectional height of steel beam in the joints is large, and the joints are rigid connections, which are adverse to earthquake resistance of structure. According to the needs of technology and construction, beam-through joints were applied to the exterior joints on the top layer. Due to equipment condition of lab and actual size of joint, 1:3 scaled models were designed and made according to the beam-through joints on the top layer of the single-row plant. Then, the tests on models under beam-end low-cyclic reversed loading were conducted, and the destruction process, failure modes, hysteretic curves and skeleton curves of specimens were obtained. And the nonlinear finite element analysis of the models was carried out. The test data were compared and the seismic performances were analyzed. The results show that, the bearing capacities of the steel reinforced concrete column-steel beam composite joints are large, which satisfies the design demand and has big safety stock, but the displacement ductility coefficient and energy-dissipating capacity are relatively poor. The result of tests is basically consistent with that of the theoretical analysis.
