劲性复合桩抗拔承载机理分析与改进对策

             

摘要

Strength composite pile composed of concrete soil pile and pre-stressed pull-out bearing pile is used as anti-floating components of large-scale commercial complex building,which is the first time in our country. The paper points out strength composite pile ’s shortcomings of insufficient bearing capacity and duration through bearing mechanism analysis,check and comparison of strength composite pile,as well as problem of missing leading regulation basis;gets the conclusion that strength composite pile ’s characteristic value of uplift bearing capacity is less than static load test result according to comparative analysis of stress condition of static test pile and practical strength composite pile. According to analysis it make some improvements of strength composite pile in order that independent bearing pile caps under pile have overall damage,while rigid pipe pile,filling and core composite structures,rigid pile and bearing joint will not be damaged,at this point,regardless of calculation characteristic value of single-pile bearing strength of cement soil pile composite effect,it will satisfy requirements of anti-floating bearing capacity.%由水泥土桩与预应力抗拔管桩组合所形成的劲性复合桩用于大型多层商业综合体建筑的抗浮构件,在国内外尚属首次。本文通过既有劲性复合抗拔管桩的承载机理分析、校核与对比,指出设计劲性复合抗拔桩存在承载力不足、耐久性缺陷,以及主导规程依据缺失等问题;根据静载试验桩与实际劲性复合抗拔桩受力工况条件对比分析,得出实际劲性复合桩的抗拔承载力特征值小于静载试验结果的结论;并依据分析结果,对桩基结构进行处置改进,使柱下独立承台群桩基础呈群桩整体破坏,而劲性复合桩中的刚性管桩与灌芯组合结构,以及刚性桩与承台节点不发生破坏,此时,可满足设计抗浮承载能力的要求。
