一种应用相移法的三维形貌测量方法

     

摘要

In order to measure the 3D profile of objects,with the help of projecting sinusoidal grating and the four step phase-shift method,wrapped phase is obtained; quality guide path method is adopted to unwrap the wrapped phase followed by correct phase value; finally 3 D reconstruction realizes the 3D profile of objects.The face mask is adopted for test,and the results show that this method can display the 3 D profile of the measured object clearly and accurately.Therefore,it is proved that this is an effective and accurate method to measure objects.%为了测量物体的三维形貌,通过投射正弦光栅,采用四步相移法求得包裹相位;运用质量引导路径解包裹方法对包裹相位进行解包裹处理,得到正确的相位值;最后通过三维重建获得物体的三维形貌.用人脸面具进行试验.结果表明:通过该方法能正确、清晰地呈现所测物体的三维形貌特征.
