我国中亚战略实施背景下中资企业及华人华侨保护问题研究

摘要

Central Asia is located in the central region of the Eurasian continent.Its geographical po-sition and geo-strategic position are very important.It is expected that the number of China’s invest-ment in central Asia,overseas Chinese enterprises and their employees and overseas Chinese will sig-nificantly improve.However,the current international and regional situation is undergoing profound and complex changes,resulting in a greater dilemma owned by overseas Chinese enterprises and their employees and overseas Chinese in central Asia suffered central Asian countries.Social conflicts have tensed the complex ethnic conflicts,religious conflicts intense,complex geopolitical struggle directly. The survival and development of overseas Chinese enterprises and their employees and overseas Chi-nese in central Asia are directly influenced by the central Asian countries’slow economic and social transformation,more social contradictions,complex ethnic conflicts,intense religious conflicts and complex geopolitical struggle.How to crack the dilemma is not only related to whether the Chinese strategy for central Asia can be successfully achieved and the success or failure of the Silk Road vi-sion,but also related to whether we have the ability to break containment from United States and Ja-pan and in favor of our country to achieve strategic intent.%中亚地处亚欧大陆中部地区，地理位置和地缘战略地位非常重要。可以预计，我国在中亚的投资、中资企业及员工和华人华侨数量还将大幅上升。然而，当前国际和地区形势正发生着深刻而复杂的变化，导致中资企业及其员工、华人华侨在中亚遭遇到较大的困境。中亚国家经济社会转型缓慢，社会矛盾丛生，民族矛盾复杂，宗教矛盾激烈，复杂的地缘政治角力，直接影响到中资企业及员工、华人华侨在中亚的生存发展。如何破解困境，既关系到我国中亚战略能否成功实现和丝绸之路构想的成败，也关系到能否打破美国、日本的围堵，实现有利于我国的国家战略意图。
