电网危机管理组织“8S”架构

摘要

Frequent occurrence of power grid crises at home and abroad and insufficient research on power-grid crisis management and faint consciousness of“crisis and crisis management”warn the ne-cessity and urgency of power-grid crises management. It is crucial to design the crisis management or-ganization structure to carry out crisis management. According to the research result made by McKin-sey Consultants Co Research Center about Japanese art of management and America exceptional com-panies:the seven elements of the successful experience of big companies used for building up enter-prise organization,this article innovatively introduced“security”element and the“8S”architecture for power-grid crisis management. Empirical analysis of it was made to research the culture difference in power-grid crisis management.%国内外电网危机事件频繁发生以及危机管理实践的不足彰显电网危机管理的紧迫性，而架构电网危机管理组织是开展危机管理的关键所在。根据麦肯锡顾问公司研究中心在研究日本管理艺术和美国杰出公司———不断创新的大公司的成功经验所提出的用作架构企业组织的“七种要素”，引进“安全”要素，提出采用“8S”架构，构建电网危机管理组织，并作出实证分析，开展电网危机管理博弈文化的研究。
