十八届三中全会：思想解放的又一大里程碑

The third plenary session of the 18th Party’s national congress resolutely reopened the process of China’s reform and opening up and sounded the clarion of mind emancipation in China a-gain.The degree of mind emancipation of the plenary is unprecedented and rare in the world,there-fore it can be called the third milestone in the course of the CPC’s mind emancipation since 1978 and the continuity of the CPC’s mind emancipation course facilitated by Deng Xiaoping.%在中国遭遇严峻挑战的时刻，在改革开放面临向何处去的重大历史关头，中国共产党第十八届三中全会毅然重启了改革开放进程，再次吹响了解放思想的号角。“十八届三中全会”思想解放的程度，前所未有，世所罕见，堪称1978年以来中国共产党解放思想的第四大里程碑。
