重庆市人均医疗卫生费用影响因素的计量研究

摘要

为了探究地方性医疗卫生费用的影响因素，以重庆市为研究对象，采用重庆市1997—2014年时间序列数据，通过协整分析、误差修正模型等方法研究变量之间的长期和短期关系。结果表明：重庆市人均医疗卫生费用与人均总收入、每千人口卫生技术人员之间存在长期的均衡关系，而短期影响不大；重庆市人均总收入与人均医疗卫生费用之间具有正相关关系，而每千人口卫生技术人员与人均医疗卫生费用之间具有负相关关系。%In order to explore the contributory factors of regional medical expenditure,this paper takes Chongqing as the research object and adopts the time series data from 1 997 to 201 4.To analysis the long-term and short-term relationship between variables,we use the methods of cointegration analysis and error correction mode.The results show that there exists long-term and short-time relationship between variables.However,the short-term impact was not significant.There is a positive correlation between the per capital income and per capital medical expenditure.Meantime,there is also a negative correlation between per thousand medical personnel and per capital medical expenditure.
