论我国执政模式法治化的实现--基于党内运行机制与党和国家机关关系视角

摘要

在我国，党是“总揽全局、协调各方”的政治领导核心，其执政模式的法治化直接关系到依法治国方略的实现。依法执政是实现十八届四中全会提出的全面推进依法治国总目标的关键一环，它既要求实现党内权力运行机制的法治化，又要求实现党与国家机关关系的法治化。%The Communist Party of China is the core of political leadership,and it directs the overall situation and coordinate the efforts from all quarters.The rule of law in its governance pattern is directly related to the realization of the strategy of governing country by law.Governing by law is the key to the aim of the realization of the strategy of governing country by law which is proposed in the fourth plenary session of the 18 th Central Commitee of the CPC.It requires both the realization of inner-party operating mechanism under the rule of law and the realization of the relationship between the party and state organs under the rule of law.
