马克思自然资源理论对我国自然资源可持续利用的启示

马克思的自然资源理论是马克思经济理论不可或缺的重要组成部分.自然界提供给人类社会以及每个民族和国家的自然资源总是既定的和有限的,因而任何民族和国家对自然资源都不能无限制地肆意获取,必须充分考虑保持自然资源利用的可持续性.随着科学技术和社会经济的快速发展,人们越来越多地利用自然资源,从而加剧了自然资源开采过程的无序化,结果导致了自然资源的急剧锐减和生态环境的积累性恶化.把握马克思自然资源理论的科学内涵,结合我国近年来自然资源过度利用已经严重影响和制约社会经济发展的实际,积极探索自然资源可持续利用的基本对策,坚持走生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路,具有非常重要的启示意义.%Marx's natural resource theory is the Marx economic theory's indispensable and important constituent.The natural resources the nature provides to the human society as well as each nation are always established and limited, thus any nationality and country cannot get them unrestrictedly and arbitrarily; it must consider fully maintaining the natural resource.Along with the fast development of science technology and social economy, the people more and more use the natural resources, thus intensifying the natural resource mining process disorder.The result has caused the natural re-source' s sudden sharp decline and the ecological environment cumulative deterioration.Grasping the scientific connota-tion of Marx' s natural resource theory, combining with our excessive use of natural resources in recent years which has seriously affected and restricted the actual socio-economic development, actively exploring the basic measures for the sus-tainable use of natural resources, and walking persistently on the path of production development, richness of life, and a good ecological environment, has the extremely important enlightenment significance.
