基于“国家钻石”模型对产业集群竞争力的分析——以福建宁德电机电器产业为例

Motor and electrical appliance industry is the pillar industry in Ningde, which is one of 32 billion-industry cluster of Fujian. This paper appraises the competitiveness of the motor and electrical appliance industry cluster in Ningde, basing on ＂na- tional diamond＂model. It analyzes the competitiveness from five aspects, factor conditions, demand conditions, related and sup- porting industries, firm strategy, structure and rivalry constitute, chance events＇ and government, and in the end, the paper propos- es advices for the competitiveness promotion of the Motor and electrical appliance industry in ningde.%宁德电机电器产业是宁德市的支柱产业,是福建省32个百亿产业集群之一。基于迈克尔·波特的国家钻石模型,从生产要素,需求条件,相关产业和支持性产业,企业战略、结构与同业竞争,及机会和政府等五个方面对宁德电机电器产业的竞争力进行评价,并在此基础上提出了提升宁德电机电器产业集群竞争力的对策建议。
