清代巴渝地区的塘汛制度初探--以北碚水土渡口塘汛石碑为例

摘要

A stone with inscription was found in Beibei District Shuitu ferry on which there is inscribed such words as “Chongqing Jiangbei Governor”, “Complement Government” and “Pirates Checking Regulations along the River” and flood-prevention. The flood-prevention records on the stone are important data and information for the study of flood-prevention in Bayu Area in Qing Dynasty. It fills in the gap in the study of the role and functions of flood-prevention in Bayu Area, and is also important for the study of river navigation of Jialing River in Qing Dynasty.%　　北碚区水土渡口发现一块石碑，石碑刻有“重庆江北督补府”、“沿河查盗章程”、“塘汛”等字样的文字。碑文关于塘汛的记载为研究清代巴渝地区塘汛制度提供了重要的实物证据和文字资料。石碑的发现填补了巴渝地区关于塘汛职能和作用研究的空白，也为清代嘉陵江流域水运交通的研究提供重要的支撑。
