数学教学在高职人才培养中有着十分重要的地位，传统的教学方式已不适应高职教育的发展要求。在高职数学课程教学中教师应通过转变教学理念、融入建模思想、引入数学实验、整合教学内容等方面的创新来推进高职数学教学改革．充分发挥数学在高职技能人才培养中的促进作用。%Teaching Mathematics has a very important position of training talents in higher vocational college, and the traditional teaching mode has not adapted to the requirements of the development of higher vocational education. In view of the current malpractice of Mathematics teaching in higher vocational college, the writer puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Changing the teaching concept, integrating modeling thought, introducing mathematical experiment, teaching contents can promote the reform of Mathematics teaching in higher vocational college, which can give full play to the role of mathematics in training skills in higher vocational college.
