The soil organic carbon in the freshwater wetlands and farmland along the Changjiang River in Anhui Province are measured and analyzed , and the results show the content of DOC1, DOC2 and recalcitrant carbon are 0.62~8.49g·kg-1 , 2.86~15.56 g·kg-1 and 2.86-15.56 g·kg-1 in wetlands respectively. The content of DOC1, DOC2 and recalcitrant carbon are decreased significantly in the farmland. Also, the ratio of recalcitrant carbon to TOC drops in farmland compared to wetlands.%对安徽沿江淡水湿地(龙感湖、大官湖、泊湖、青通河、升金湖)和周边农田的土壤剖面中土壤活性炭(DOC1)、缓效性碳(DOC2)、稳定性碳的含量进行分析测定,结果表明,皖江流域湿地表层土壤DOC1、DOC2和稳定性碳含量介于0.96-8.49g·kg-1、0.62-6.14 g· kg-1、2.86-15.56 g·kg-1;开垦为农田后,土壤中各有机碳含量显著降低,稳定性碳占总有机碳的百分比出现了下降趋势。
