中国的职业性别隔离与女性就业

         

摘要

This article analyses the manifestations of the occupational sexual segregation in China, with emphasis on an analysis of its root cause with feminist theory. The authors suggest that an occupational readjustment policy be adopted and the investment in female personnel resources be increased, in order to reduce such segregation.
