基于AspenPlus的CCRs碳捕捉系统过程模拟

         

摘要

采用商业软件AspenPlus对钙基吸收剂循环煅烧/碳酸化法(CCRs)的碳捕捉过程进行了模拟,讨论CCRs碳捕捉系统的能量回收问题,并运用AspenPlus软件进行灵敏度分析,研究补充碳酸钙流量对循环固体量、煅烧燃煤量和CO2捕捉率的影响.结果表明:某600Mw超临界机组引入CCRs碳捕捉系统后,机组效率下降为39.599/6,而将该碳捕捉系统回收的能量用于蒸汽轮机发电,电厂输出功率则从600MW增加到1041.90Mw.%The multiple cyclic calcination/carbonation reactions (CCRs) process for CO2 capture has been simulated using commercial software Aspen Plus, with focus on the energy recovery of the CCRs system, while an analysis performed on the sensitivity of simulated results, so as to analyze the effect of the mass flow of make-up CaCO3 on the solids circulation rate, the coal consumption for carbonation process and the CO2 capture rate. Results show that after the introduction of CCRs system to a 600 MW supercritical power plant, the unit efficiency drops to 39.59%, but the plant power output rises from 600 MW to 1 041.90 MW, due to additional power generation by steam turbine with the energy recovered by CCRs system.
