我国医院品管圈对策拟定环节的问题与对策研究（英文）

摘要

cqvip:The solution formulation is a key section of the hospital Quality Control Circle(QCC), which decides the final result of the QCC. The paper analyzed the present situation and problems about the solution formulation through analyzing the materials from the National Quality Control Cycle Competitions of Chinese Hospitals(2013-2014,n=357) and questionnaire survey of QCC members(n=300),and discussed the suggestion for process optimization of solution formulation. The mechanism of outside participation is put forward for first time to make the solution formulation of hospital QCC more normative and precise.
