室温下动态塑性变形下AZ31镁合金的孪生特征及织构变化的EBSD表征

     

摘要

在轧制镁板材纵截面(即RD-ND面)分别切出样品轴绕法向(ND)方向旋转0°、30°、60°和90°的4种样品,并对它们进行室温下的动态塑性变形(dynamic plastic deformation,简称DPD).EBSD分析方法应用于样品的微观组织及织构变化的表征方面,发现随着角度的增大孪生体积分数逐渐增大.60°和90°的变形样品中,只存在86°〈1-210〉和60°〈10-10〉两种界面关系,且数量很多.在0°变形样品中,除极少量的{10-12}拉伸孪晶外,基本上都是{10-11}-{10-12}二次孪晶.30°变形样中,{10-12}拉伸孪晶和{10-11}-{10-12}二次孪晶为主要的孪晶形式.%Four samples for dynamic plastic deformation (DPD) at room temperature were cut from the as-rolled AZ31 sheet with the cylinder axis either at 0° , 30° , 60° , or 90° to the normal direction ( ND) of this sheet. The electron backscatter diffraction technique (EBSD) was used to investigate the microstructure and texture evolution. Twinning volume fraction of the four samples increased with the increasing of angle. Only 86°〈-1210〉boundaries and 60°〈10 -10〉boundaries were generated in samples of 60°and 90°. In the 0° sample, { 0 -11} -{10 -12} double twins was generated besides a few {10 -12} extension twins, and {10-12} extension twins and {10 -11 }-{10 -12} double twins were the main twin types in the 30°sample.
