摘要:
采用射频溅射技术在AZ31镁合金和Ti6Al4V钛合金表面分别沉积Nb_(2)O_(5)陶瓷涂层,对比研究其微观结构、残余应力、附着力和耐腐蚀性能。研究结果表明:两种涂层试样表面组织致密,颗粒大小均匀,无明显的裂纹和孔洞等缺陷。当Nb_(2)O_(5)涂层的厚度为1.98μm时,Ti6Al4V涂层试样的残余应力(27.1 MPa)比AZ31涂层试样的小65.1%,附着力(9.24 N)比AZ31涂层试样的大13.2倍。Nb_(2)O_(5)陶瓷涂层能明显提高Ti6Al4V和AZ31的耐腐蚀性能,但在腐蚀电流密度的降低幅度、极化电阻的增大程度和保护效率方面,镁合金涂层试样优于钛合金涂层试样。

摘要:
通过纳米压入测试方法研究了镁合金在不同应变率下的力学表现,对于AZ31镁合金在不同工况下的应用有着重要意义.压入测试结果表明:随着应变率的增加,压入硬度值逐渐增加,而接触刚度与弹性模量几乎保持恒定;同时,随着压入深度的增加硬度表现出明显的尺寸依赖性.然后,基于Nix-Gao理论获得了AZ31镁合金的尺度无关硬度,并对其应变率敏感指数进行了深入探究.结果表明:压入尺寸效应对材料的率敏感指数影响显著,并获得了剔除尺度影响的率敏感指数.

采用热拉伸实验测定AZ31镁合金的应力-应变曲线,依据加工硬化率理论,得到热变形过程中AZ31镁合金发生动态再结晶的临界应变和稳态应变,确定临界应变、稳态应变与塑性变形工艺参数的关系。结果表明:热变形温度和应变速率是影响AZ31镁合金动态再结晶的主要因素,提高变形温度和降低应变速率都有利于降低AZ31镁合金的临界应变和稳态应变;AZ31镁合金的动态再结晶临界应变值与Sellars经验模型的参数范围一致。

摘要:
目的 研究复合变形工艺参数对镁合金动态结晶体积分数及镁合金晶粒度的影响规律.方法 采用镁合金板材压痕-压平复合变形技术、扫描电子显微镜和EBSD等材料性能先进检测技术,获得经过复合变形后的镁合金材料的微观组织及动态结晶体积分数、镁合金的晶粒度等相关数据.结果 当变形温度为350°C、复合变形系数为0.375时,动态再结晶体积分数达到94%.当变形温度为400°C、复合变形系数为0.375时,平均晶粒尺寸达到3.2μm.结论 在镁合金压痕-压平复合变形工艺中,随着变形温度的提高及复合变形系数的增大,AZ31镁合金的动态再结晶体积分数随之提高.随着变形温度的升高和复合变形系数的增大,AZ31镁合金的晶粒尺寸随之减小,晶粒得到细化.

摘要:
为研究微观组织对镁合金力学性能及各向异性的影响,通过拉伸试验、电子背散射衍射(electron back scattered diffraction,EBSD)技术研究挤压态AZ80,AZ31镁合金.结果表明:经过热挤压后,铸态AZ80,AZ31镁合金呈现的主要织构组分分别为{0001}、{0001}和{11-20}.由于织构不同和孪晶的作用,室温下这两种镁合金在拉伸荷载作用下呈现出不同的力学性能及各向异性的特征.且由于β相含量的差异,与AZ31镁合金相比,AZ80镁合金呈现出更高的强度和更小的延伸率.

摘要:
This work presents a simple method to functionalise the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy by applying a duplex MgF_(2)/chitosan coating,which improves its corrosion resistance and provides it with some antibacterial performance.First,the effect of three chitosan solutions with different concentrations on the growth of the bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae in nutritive medium(TSB)was evaluated by absorbance kinetics experiments,where the chitosan solution at 2%(m/V)was selected for the coating preparation.Before coating application,the AZ31 substrate was pretreated with hydrofluoric acid for 48 hours in order to form a MgF_(2)conversion layer.Subsequently,the coating was applied to the pretreated substrate through the dry-casting method.Samples of the alloy in each surface condition(bare,pretreated,and pretreated+coated with chitosan)were exposed to simulated body fluid(SBF)for 21 days at 37°C,with the solution renewed every 24 hours and the wastes stored.The surfaces were characterised by SEM-EDS,and XPS after the immersion tests,whereas the stored solutions were employed to measure the change in the Mg-ions concentration.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarisation were performed in each surface condition to compare their corrosion resistance in SBF.The antibacterial activity of the functionalised surfaces was evaluated by the plate counting method and compared with bare samples.All results were correlated and demonstrate that the modified surface of AZ31 achieved a higher corrosion resistance when it was exposed to SBF,as well as a reduction of the bacterial growth during in vitro tests.

通过在AZ31镁合金表面固态扩渗Zn,研究La_(2)O_(3)稀土元素对AZ31表面固态扩渗Zn层形成机理的影响。在390°C下,选用La_(2)O_(3)+Zn粉为渗剂,分别在2,4,6 h的条件下对AZ31进行固态扩渗,然后借助金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对扩渗层的物相组成和显微结构进行研究,探索和建立La_(2)O_(3)稀土对AZ31扩渗Zn机理影响的模型。结果表明:在扩渗2 h时,跃迁能量不足,没有渗层产生;在4 h时,发生合金转变Mg_(0.97)Zn_(0.03)+Zn→MgZn+MgZn_(2);6 h时发生包晶反应L+MgZn_(2)→Mg_(2)Zn_(3);在390°C下对AZ31镁合金进行Zn+La_(2)O_(3)粉的固态扩渗,La_(2)O_(3)由于活泼的化学性,破坏了AZ31基体表层结构,加快了渗剂Zn的扩渗速度,前期主要为原子扩散,中期为液态扩散+合金转变Mg_(0.97)Zn_(0.03)+Zn→MgZn+MgZn_(2),后期为液态扩散+反应扩散(包晶)L+MgZn_(2)→Mg_(2)Zn_(3)。

In the present study,a novel method of surface finish improvement is proposed using shot blasting of soda lime(SBSL)beads on the Mg-AZ31 alloy.The effect of the soda blasting process parameters,such as blast pressure,stand-off distance,and blast duration,have been studied in-response of material removal rate(MRR)and surface roughness(SR)and corresponding statistical models have been obtained.The multi-objective optimization has also been performed to obtain parameters for maximum MRR and minimum SR.The corrosion behavior of the treated specimens has been performed to study their in-vitro biodegradability in simulated body fluid(SBF)for 1,3,7,10,15,and 21 days.The wettability study of the SBSL treated samples has been investigated using sessile drop methodology.Further,cell adhesion test has also been performed to study the biocompatibility characteristics of the SBSL treated samples using Huh7 liver cell lines.Based on obtained quantitative data as well as scanning electron microscopy analysis of treated samples,the SBSL treatment of the AZ31 alloy has been found highly useful in producing biocompatibility surfaces along with desirable morphological features.
