抗裂性不同的枣果实发育过程中Ca2+分布动态变化

             

摘要

利用焦锑酸钾法结合透射电镜观察,对枣抗裂品种“圆铃枣”与易裂品种“俊枣”果实发育期内细胞中钙离子动态分布进行研究.结果表明:两品种果皮中总钙含量随着果实发育呈降低趋势,但在发育早期和后期,两品种间总钙含量差异显著.细胞学定位显示,发育早期,“圆铃枣”果皮及果肉细胞中的钙颗粒较多且在胞内均匀分布;“俊枣”果皮及果肉细胞中钙颗粒较少且沿细胞壁分布.发育后期,两品种果实中钙颗粒均减少,但“圆铃枣”细胞中钙颗粒明显多于“俊枣”.花后100 d时,“俊枣”果皮细胞中几乎观察不到钙颗粒分布.这些结果显示了抗裂品种“圆铃枣”在发育早期和后期具有较强的富集钙的能力,细胞中钙离子含量和分布与果实裂果有一定关系.%In the study, the total content of Ca2+ in pericarp was determined and Ca2+ in the pericarp and flesh cells were deposited simultaneously using potassium antimonite in cracking-resistant ' Yuanling' and susceptible ' Jun' jujube fruit. The results showed that the total content of calcium declined with the growth of fruit, but a significant difference existed between the two varieties. The distribution of Ca + precipitate particles in the pericarp and flesh cell of ' Yuanling' variety was massive and homogeneous 40 days after full bloom compared to less particles specifically distributed along the cell wall of pericarp and flesh cells in ' Jun' variety. Ca precipitate particles in the pericarp and flesh cells 90 days after full bloom declined in the two varieties. Almost no Ca + precipitate particles distributed in pericarp cells of ' Jun ' 100 days after full bloom. These results demonstrated that the cracking-resistant 'Yuanling' variety has more capacity to concentrate calcium than susceptible 'Jun' jujube fruit, revealing the close relationship between the content and distribution of calcium in the cell and fruit cracking.
