几种重金属元素在动植物细胞内积累的X-射线能谱分析

         

摘要

应用透射电子显微镜和X⁃射线能谱分析技术对铅( Pb)、铬( Cr)、氟( F)、铝( Al)等几种重金属元素在动植物细胞和细菌内的积累部位及积累特点进行了分析,发现在相同的重金属处理条件下,Cr在黄瓜和商陆的积累位点,前者主要存在于叶片中,后者则更多地存在于根和茎中。通过对市场上的蛤蜊进行重金属元素能谱检测,发现检出率极低,但仍然在个别样品中检测到了Pb的存在。 F和Al在茶叶的细胞中主要分布在液泡内。%The deposition spots and characteristics of lead, chromium, fluorine, aluminum in the cells of animal and plants were investigated by TEM and X⁃ray energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that under the same condition, the deposition spots of chromium were mainly in the leaf cells of cucumber, and in the stem cells and root cells of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. The investigation on the heavy metal in the clam showed that the frequency of their appearance is very low, but the lead still could be tested in a few of samples. The fluorine and aluminum deposited in the vacuoles of the leaf cell of tea.
