网络化制造企业的异构系统集成控制模型

摘要

To improve the intelligent restructuring capability of manufacturing system, deeply develop and produce new products, an integrated control model for different systems of networked manufacturing enterprise is proposed, which is integrated controlled within enterprise based on Common Object Request Broker Architecture and Multi-Agent System,communication mechanism within the enterprise are established;and integrated control outside enterprise is realized by using Web services,which through the remote service A-gent based on Simple Object Access Protocol to support allies to implement remote cooperative production control;feasibility and practicability of the proposed integrated control model are proven through networked manufacturing experiment.%为提高制造系统的智能重构能力,快速地开发、设计和制造产品,提出网络化制造企业的异构系统集成控制模型;构建了基于公共对象请求代理体CORBA与多智能体系统MAS的企业内部集成控制体系结构,并论述了内部通信的实现机制;利用Web services技术,通过构建SOAP远程服务代理来实现合作企业间远程协同生产控制;并通过联网加工试验验证了所构建的集成控制模的可行性和实用性.
