漏斗法粮食休止角测量结果的影响因素研究

         

摘要

以小麦、稻谷、大豆、玉米为试验材料,对漏斗法测定休止角装置中的漏斗孔径和角度、籽粒跌落高度、底面圆盘直径和粗糙程度、以及谷物本身的水分、杂质含量、籽粒大小等因素对休止角的影响进行讨论.研究结果:4种粮食的休止角随着跌落高度和漏斗孔径的增加而减小;随着底盘直径和粗糙程度的增加而增加;随着漏斗内角度数的增加,小麦、大豆休止角的变化趋势不明显,而稻谷、玉米的休止角呈微弱上升;4种粮食的休止角随着水分和杂质含量的不断增加而增加.小麦、玉米、大豆的休止角随着颗粒增大而减少,而稻谷的休止角是随着样品颗粒增大而增大.%Wheat, paddy, corn and soybean were chosen in this study. The aim of this study was to discuss influence factors of angle of repose. The devices were evaluated for aperture and angle of funnel, height of descent, diameter and roughness of disk. Then moisture and impurity and size of grain were evaluated. It was found that: Angle of repose of wheat, paddy, corn and soybean decreased with increased angle of funnel and height of descent, but increased with increased diameter and roughness of disk. It was unapparent for change trend of the angle of repose of wheat and soybean with increased internal angle of funnel. Angle of repose of paddy and corn slightly increased with increased internal angle of funnel. Angle of repose of wheat, paddy, corn, soybean increased with increased moisture and impurity. Angle of repose of wheat, corn, soybean decreased and paddy increased with increased size.
