仔猪仔鸭中毒死亡调查及预防玉米毒素中毒的感官指标研究

     

摘要

通过对仔猪仔鸭死亡典型实例的调查分析,得出了导致仔猪、仔鸭批量死亡的日粮水平分别为每千克体重黄曲霉毒素B1含量为6.7 μg/kg、200.0μg/kg的结果,比文献报道的剂量低.同时,为了找到简单易行的敏感指标用于预防畜禽玉米毒素中毒,在扩展到21个不同区域进行饲用玉米质量检测研究后,提出了病斑粒、虫蚀粒、破损粒和生霉粒之和(X)可以在一定程度上反映黄曲霉毒素B1(y)含量水平,比单纯用生霉粒估计黄曲霉毒素B1科学的观点,且X达11%为y值突变、防止毒素中毒的预警信号.当X在12.7%~18.8%时,y与X的相关系数为0.853 0,达显著水平,回归方程为y=209.16X-2616.26;X在20.3%~39.0%时,相关系数为0.989 9,达到极显著水平,回归方程y=59.26X-969.3.可用于对黄曲霉毒素B1的估算.%The investigation of the typical examples of piglets and ducklings poisoned to death tells us that a large number of them died due to the quality of maize ,the result of piglets were obtained 6.7 μg/kg for AFB1 ,and the result of ducklings were obtained 200.0 μg/kg for AFB1 in every kg of body weight per kg. The dose was lower than that reported in the literature. In order to find a simple sensitive indicator used to prevent maize from poisoning livestock,we have expanded to 21 different areas to determine the quality of maize for feedstuffs,and then put forward a viewpoint that the combination (X) of injured kernel, spotted kernel, broken kernel and mildew kernel could reflect the content level of AFB1 (Y) to a certain extent. It was more scientific than a measurement with pure mildew grain.When X reached as far as 11.0, Y suddenly changed and sent out warning signal for preventing toxin poisoning. When X = 12.7%~ 18.8% ,their correlation coefficient was 0.853 0, relevance ratio achieved significant level and the regression equation was as follow: Y =209.16X -2 616.26. When X = 20.3%~39.0% ,their correlation coefficient was 0. 989 9, relevance ratio achieved very significant level and the regression equation was as follow: Y = 59.26X-969.3. So they could be applied to estimate the AFB1 of maize.
