基于微波的粮食水分检测密度无关算法

     

摘要

在使用微波法测量粮食水分的过程中,传统算法往往需考虑粮食密度对水分测量值的影响。然而在线检测粮食密度较为困难,因此相应加大了水分测量的难度。为了提高粮食水分检测中的测量精度,消除粮食密度对水分测量值的影响,提出了一种基于微波透射法的粮食水分检测密度无关算法。本算法引入密度不相关算子,测量值密度无关的同时,该算法可以作为标准补偿算法,适用于不同种类粮食的水分在线检测,保证了水分检测的准确性。%In the process measuring grain moisture with microwave,grain density is treated to be a factor that influences measuring result under utilization of traditional arithmetic.However,it is hard to measure grain density on line.Thus,the difficulty of measuring moisture content is rather higher.To improve the precision and to eliminate the influence of grain density,a density -independent arithmetic to calculate grain moisture with microwave was pres-ented in the paper to import a density -independent operator.The arithmetic would not only develop the density -in-dependent but also could be used as a standard compensation algorithm.It was suitable for on -line moisture detec-tion on different categories of grain,further ensured the accuracy of test results.
