Br(o)nsted-Lewis酸性离子液体催化大豆油与甲醇酯交换研究

     

摘要

Based on taking Brφnsted-Lewis acidic ionic liquids [HO3S-(CH2) 3-mim] Cl-xFeCl3 as catalyst,taking soybean oil as raw material,biodiesel preparation was realized by transesterificatio.Effect of quantity relative ratio of Alcohol oil material,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time and other factors on transesterification was investigated.On this basis,use response surface analysis was used to gain the premium technology condition for synthesis of biodiesel which was ratio of methanol to soybean oil of 16∶ 1,catalyst dosage accounting for 8% of soybean oil quality,and reaction temperature of 120 ℃ at 24 h.Under the optimized conditions,productivityof biodiesel of 94.1% could be achieved,which was similar to experiment result predicted by the regression model.Moreover,the catalyst of Brφnsted-Lewis acidic ionic liquid was easy to be separate from the product,which could keep good catalytic activity after six times of reusing.%以制备的Brφnsted-Lewis酸性离子液体[HO3S-(CH2)3-mim] Cl-xFeCl3为催化剂,大豆油为原料,通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油.考察醇油物质的量比、催化剂的用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对酯交换反应的影响.在此基础上运用响应面分析法得出合成生物柴油的最佳工艺条件为n(醇)∶n(油)=16∶1,催化剂用量为原料大豆油质量的8%,反应温度为120℃,此条件下反应24 h生物柴油的产率可达94.1%,与回归模型预测的实验结果相当.Brφnsted-Lewis酸性离子液体催化剂与产品易于分离,在重复使用6次以后,仍保持良好的催化活性.
