美、加、日三国高校教师绩效评价的启示与借鉴

         

摘要

Under the background of higher education internationalization, it is of positive meaning to evaluate the performance appraisal of Chinese college teachers from international perspective. Comparing with some college teachers' performance appraisal systems in the developed countries, it's beneficial to take successful foreign experience as reference and make it more adaptable and applicable to domestic settings, and furthermore, so as to highly promote the reliability and validity of Chinese college teachers' performance appraisal.%在高等教育国际化背景下,用国际视野来审视我国高校教师的绩效评价工作有非常积极的意义.通过对世界上高等教育比较发达国家的高校教师绩效评价体系与技术进行比较研究,可以学习与借鉴国外的成功经验,取长补短,为我所用,更好地提高我国高校教师绩效评价的信度与效度.
