关于历次世界妇女大会暨联合国推动妇女运动功效的思考

It has been about 40 years since the United Nations created International Women’s Year in 1975. It also has been 20 years since the Forth World Conference on Women, held in Beijing in 1995. In the time since such landmark events, the international women’s movement has made great strides. Although the women’s conference of 1995 is an event of the past, its effect and influence still play a key part in the realization process of gender equality. On promoting the international women’s movement and the course of women’s development in all countries, it will also act as an important component.%从1975年联合国设立“国际妇女年”至今已近40年，从1995年第四次世界妇女大会在北京召开也已近20载。在这世纪交织的乐篇中，在全世界人民共同为平等、发展与和平主题共同奋斗的交响合奏中，国际妇女运动波澜壮阔，迅猛前进。透视风起云涌的时代星空，一览此起彼伏的性别平等进程，可以说’95世妇会虽然已经凝结成历史的一叶方舟，但其功效和燃烧力却并不因岁月递减，其思想财富的作用也加速积淀，在推动国际妇女运动和各国妇女发展的进程中发挥着智库和助推作用。
