守得“云”开见月明:云时代古籍出版创新

         

摘要

传统古籍整理出版存在市场狭小、选题面窄、读者流失、营销薄弱等系列问题。在数字出版的冲击下,尽管古籍出版做了部分调整,取得了一些成效,但总体仍未能跟上业态发展步伐,日渐丧失产业链中的话语权。云出版为出版业带来了新的理念、新的模式、新的产业链,为古籍出版重生提供了新机遇。云时代古籍出版创新必须在战略上建立用户数据库,组建产业联盟,在战术上做到出版内容、形式的差异化,综合运用多种营销手法,实现衍生服务创新。%The traditional publiation of ancient books has a series of problems,such as narrow market,narrow topics, loss of readers,weak marketing and so on. For the impact of digital publication,some adjustments have been done in publication of the ancient books. Although initial results have been achieved,it still lags behind the development of the publishing industry and loses discourse power in the industry chain. Cloud Publication brings new idea,new mode and new industry chain,and provides new chance for the renascence of publication of ancient book. In the cloud era,the publication of ancient books must mabe some innovations. In the strategic level,users database and industry alliance should be set up. In the tactical level,publishing content and form should adopt differentiation strategy. Besides,various marketing practices are used to realize the innovation of derivative services.
