外源脱落酸（ABA）对白术幼苗生长的影响

摘要

We discussed two leave stages of Atractylodes macroeephala by spraying Exogenous ABA in this paper,to explore the effect of ABA on Atractylodes macrocephala growth efficiency. Our results showed that after spraying Exogenotls ABA, the photosynthesis of Atractylodes macrocephala seedling became stronger, and the chlorophyll content and biomass increased. Meanwhile, Exogenous ABA can not only enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity of Atractylodes macrocephala, especially for SOD, but also improve the contents of the soluble sugar and soluble protein . Additionally, ABA can promote the root growth and activity of Atractylodes macroeephala to some extent.%对白术二叶一心期进行叶面喷施外源脱落酸处理，以探索ABA对白术生长效应的影响．结果表明：白术幼苗经叶面喷施外源ABA溶液处理后，其叶片的光合作用增强，叶绿素含量和地上生物量相应增多．同时外源ABA处理能够不同程度提高白术抗氧化酶（CAT、SOD、POD）活性，且对SOD影响最明显；也能提高白术可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖的含量．此外，脱落酸还对白术根系生长及其活力有一定程度的促进作用．
