当前油价和补贴政策对中国新能源汽车产业发展的影响——基于Stackelberg模型分析

         

摘要

In order to reduce air pollution, promote the transformation of the economic development mode and cultivate new economic growth points, the Chinese government vigorously supports and promotes the development of new energy automotive industry, having issuing a series of subsidy policy measures and making this emerging industry to usher in the development of the best opportunities. But the development of new energy vehicles face a variety of difficulties and challenges at the disadvantages in terms of the price competition and the market share because of their high manufacturing costs and technical breakthrough difficulties, compared with traditional vehicles. How to break the monopoly of the traditional auto industry? This paper is based on the classical Stackelberg model to establish the competition model between the new energy automotive industry and the traditional automobile industry, selecting the fuel prices and government subsidies in a number of factors to analyze their influence on the development of new energy automotive industry and finds that the current low oil price has an adverse effect on the development of new energy automotive industry, and government subsidies have positive effect on it, thus giving the feasible policy suggestions.%为减少空气污染、促进经济发展方式转变以培育新的经济增长点,中国大力扶持推动新能源汽车产业发展,出台了一系列补贴政策措施,使得这一新兴产业迎来发展的最佳机遇期. 但是新能源汽车相对于传统汽车由于其制造成本高、技术难度大,在价格竞争方面处于不利的地位,市场占有额比较少,其发展面临种种困难和挑战. 以经典的Stackelberg模型为基础,建立新能源汽车产业和传统汽车产业之间的竞争模型,在众多影响因素中选取燃油价格和政府补贴两个因素,分析其对新能源汽车产业发展的影响,发现当前较低的油价对新能源汽车产业发展有不利的影响,政府补贴对其有正向的促进作用.
