Dongying is located in the Yellow River Delta, which is a famous oil industry city.In recent years, Dongying has been strengthening the local tourism.Though Dongying is not rich in tourism resources, it has its own characteristics, such as special wetland landscape, petroleum culture, red culture, military culture and so on.Therefore, if Dongying wants to achieve further development in the tourism industry, it must correctly analyze the advantages and disadvantages in tourism resources.On this basis, it should cultivate its leading brand, develop industrial tourism projects, integrate tourism resources, and at the same time, foster tourism professionals.Furthermore, it should focus on stimulating the domestic demand to promote its public leisure and strengthen its publicity work.%东营市位于黄河三角洲地区，是一座以石油工业闻名的新兴城市。近年来，东营市开始加强当地旅游开发。东营市旅游资源虽不丰富，却具有自己的特色，如有特殊的湿地景观、石油文化、红色文化、兵圣文化等。因此，东营市旅游产业要实现进一步发展，必须正确分析域内旅游资源的优势、劣势，在此基础上培育龙头品牌，发展工业特色旅游项目，整合旅游资源。此外，还要注重旅游人才培养，注重拉动内需、倡导市民休闲并加强对外宣传工作。
