湖北长阳经济开发区防洪排涝现状及规划方案探讨

由于湖北长阳经济开发区山洪具有流量大、汇集时间短、破坏性强等特点,加之降水集中,开发区排水不畅、防洪排涝体系不健全等原因,导致开发区大面积积水,洪涝灾害比较严重,建议以流域河道整治为主,逐步完善开发区排水体系,保障开发区防洪排涝安全.%The torrential flood in Changyang economic development zone has high flow rate, short collection time, destructive, and other characteristics. Poor system of flood control and waterlogging drainage and other reasons, resulting in a large area of waterlogging and serious flood threat. We suggest that river realignment can be the main means and gradually improve the drainage system so that it can protect the safety of flood control and waterlogging drainage.
