Corn-like Co3O4, nanorods were prepared by the solvothermal method at 180℃ , followed by heating to 550癈 in air. The samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the as-synthesized Co3O1, nanorods which consists of nanoparticle. Electrochemical properties of the Co3O1, nanorods were elucidated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge in 4 mol · L-1 KOH electrolyte. Electrochemical data analysis demonstrates that the as-prepared Co3O4 electrodes have a good capacitive behavior and cyclability due to its unique structure and display a specific capacitance of 310.5 F · g-1 at a current density of 0. 5 A · g-1. The capacitance loss is about 10% after 700 charge-discharge cycles. The columbic efficiency is close to 100%.%采用溶剂热法制备了玉米棒状的Co3O4.借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对Co3O4的结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明,产物由Co3O4纳米颗粒构成,并形成明显的棒状结构.循环伏安法、恒流充放电及循环寿命等电化学测试表明,所得Co3O4电极在4 mol·L-1电解液中具有较好的电化学电容特性,0.5A·g-1电流密度下的单电极比容量可达310.5 F·g-1,且经700次循环后,比电容衰减约为10%,库仑效率接近100%.
