牵引电机传动装置振动特性仿真分析

         

摘要

在传统的牵引电机传动系统研究中,通常将牵引电机传动装置视为刚性连接.本文考虑牵引电机悬挂吊杆橡胶关节的弹性及电机输出轴端与小齿轮连接轴的弹性,将牵引电动机传动系统简化为三刚体系统.针对国内某型电力机车导出牵引电机传动装置动力学模型,并依此建立仿真模型.通过仿真,分析异步牵引电机谐波转矩对牵引电机传动装置振动的影响.%The connection of the traction motor transmission device usually is considered as rigid coupling in traditional researches.In this paper,the traction motor transmission system was simplified into a three rigid body system in consideration of the elasticity of motor suspension boom bushing and the elasticity of connecting shaft between the motor output shaft and pinion.The dynamics model of traction motor transmission device was derived from a certain domestic type of electric locomotive and the simulation model was built corresponding to the dynamics model.Effects of harmonic torques of a asynchronous traction motor on transmission device vibrations were analyzed on the basis of the simulation model.
