根管治疗联合盐酸米诺环素软膏对牙周-牙髓联合病变的疗效分析

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of root canal therapy combined periocline ointment for the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions.Methods 240 patients with periodontal-endodontic lesions from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 cases in each. The control group received routine periodontal therapy combined with root canal treatment, and the observation group received root canal therapy combined periocline ointment treatment after periodontal treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 80.0%in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Root canal therapy combined periocline ointment for the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions can improve the clinical outcomes. It should be widely applied.%目的：探讨根管联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周牙髓病变的临床疗效。方法收集2012年1月～2013年1月收治的牙周牙髓病变患者240例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各120例。对照组予以常规牙周基础治疗联合根管治疗，观察组则在牙周基础治疗后，应用盐酸米诺环素软膏并完善根管治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.3%，显著高于对照组的80.0%（P＜0.05）。结论根管治疗联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周合并牙髓病变可提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。
