经皮椎体成形术治疗退变性脊柱侧凸合并骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折

摘要

Objective Investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in treatment of degenerative scoliosis(DS)complicated osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF). Methods 49 cases(56 vertebrae)with OVCF complicated DC from January 2012 to June 2013 were collected, and received PVP treatment. The clinical efficacy were observed. Results 49 patients were successfully operated. Follow-up of average 20.2 months showed that the pain received remission . ADL and VAS cores were significantly lower, no serious complications in patients. Conclusion PVP in treatment of OVCF complicated DC can effectively relieve the pain, stabilize the spine and has fewer complications. It should be widely applied.%目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术（PVP）治疗退变性脊柱侧凸（DS）合并骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（OVCF）的临床疗效。方法收集2012年1月～2013年6月期间，收治的OVCF合并DS患者49例（56椎），予以单侧PVP治疗，观察临床疗效。结果49例患者均顺利完成手术，平均随访20.2个月显示，患者的疼痛均得以缓解，ADL及VAS评分显著降低，均未发生严重并发症。结论PVP治疗OVCF合并DS可有效缓解疼痛，稳定脊椎且并发症较少，值得推广应用。
