盐酸帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的长期依从性及复发率的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨盐酸帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的长期依从性及复发率.方法 选取2011年1月~2013年6月收治的100例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的方式,将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50).对照组患者使用阿米替林进行治疗,观察组患者使用帕罗西汀进行治疗.对两组患者进行为期2年的随访,观察患者的服药依从性、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、复发情况.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者的服药依从性更高,复发率更低,不良反应发生率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 使用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症,其疗效显著,安全性较高,长期依从性较好,复发率较低.%Objective To study the long-term compliance and recurrence rate of paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of depression.Methods 100 patients with depression were research objects, and according to random distribution, divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50). The control group was treated with amitriptyline, and patients in the observation group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride.The patient's medication compliance, treatment, adverse reactions, recurrence. were observed for 2 years of follow-up.Results Compared with the control group, the medication compliance of the observation group was higher(P<0.05), the recurrence rate is lower(P<0.05)and adverse reactions occur rate is low(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of depression is obvious with higher safety, better long-term compliance, and lower the recurrence rate .
