肾内科住院患者抗菌药物应用特点的研究与分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the characteristics and effect of antimicrobial agents in the patients treated in Department of Nephrology.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to evaluate usage rate of antibiotics in the Department of Nephrology in our hospital from December to June 2015, the rationality of the application of antibiotics in 140 patients.Results The use rate of antibacterial drugs in hospitalized patients of the Department of Nephrology was 28.5%, cephalosporins and penicillins, the submission rate of 58.6%, antimicrobial rate of unreasonable use of 18.6%.Conclusion renal medicine antimicrobial varieties, percentage, the submission rate is reasonable, but there are still unreasonable usage.%目的：探讨肾内科住院患者抗菌药物应用特点及效果。方法回顾性分析2015年6月～12月肾内科抗菌药物使用率、种类分布、品种，对140例患者抗菌药物应用的合理性展开综合评价。结果抗菌药物在肾内科住院患者中的使用率为28.5%，以头孢类和青霉素类为主，达58.6%送检率，抗菌药物不合理使用率为18.6%。结论肾内科抗菌药物使用基本合理，但仍存在不合理使用的情况。
