小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗烧伤的疗效及安全性

         

摘要

目的:探究小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液治疗烧伤患者的效果及安全性。方法选择2012年1月~2014年12月接受治疗的烧伤患者64例,以随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,各32例。观察组应用小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液治疗,对照组采用常规补液以及抗感染治疗。对比两组治疗效果以及相关免疫球蛋白、免疫水平以及住院时间等。结果观察组治疗的显效率、总有效率为53.13%(17/32)、93.75%(30/32),均显著高于对照组的28.13%(9/32)、75.00%(24/32);观察组发热、感染患者比例显著低于对照组,并且住院时间少于对照组;两组治疗前IgG、IgA、IL-1、IL-6水平对比无差异,在分别治疗后观察组IgG、IgA水平高于对照组,而IL-1、IL-6水平均显著低于对照组;上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液治疗烧伤能显著提高治疗效果,降低术后感染、发热等症状的发生率,同时提高治疗后的营养状态以及免疫水平,在临床上具有良好的应用价值。%Objective To explore the effect of local application of calf serum extract injection in the treatment of burn patients, and to analyze the safety. Methods 64 cases of burn patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with calf serum extract injection, and the control group was treated with routine fluid infusion and anti infection treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups, the related immune globulin, immune level and hospitalization time were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group, the total effective rate was 53.13%(17/32), 93.75%(30/32), were significantly higher than those of the control group 28.13%(9/32)、75%(24/32); And the proportion of fever, infection, and hospital stay of the observation group were less than those of the control group. The level of IgG, IgA, IL-1 and IL-6 in the two groups before treatment were no different. After treatment, the levels of IgA and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the level of IL-1 and IL-6 were significantly lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of calf serum to extract injection in treatment of burns can significantly improve the treatment effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, fever and other symptoms of the. At the same time, and it can improve the nutrition status and immune level.
