目的：探究小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液治疗烧伤患者的效果及安全性。方法选择2012年1月～2014年12月接受治疗的烧伤患者64例，以随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，各32例。观察组应用小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液治疗，对照组采用常规补液以及抗感染治疗。对比两组治疗效果以及相关免疫球蛋白、免疫水平以及住院时间等。结果观察组治疗的显效率、总有效率为53.13%（17/32）、93.75%（30/32），均显著高于对照组的28.13%（9/32）、75.00%（24/32）；观察组发热、感染患者比例显著低于对照组，并且住院时间少于对照组；两组治疗前IgG、IgA、IL-1、IL-6水平对比无差异，在分别治疗后观察组IgG、IgA水平高于对照组，而IL-1、IL-6水平均显著低于对照组；上述差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液治疗烧伤能显著提高治疗效果，降低术后感染、发热等症状的发生率，同时提高治疗后的营养状态以及免疫水平，在临床上具有良好的应用价值。%Objective To explore the effect of local application of calf serum extract injection in the treatment of burn patients, and to analyze the safety. Methods 64 cases of burn patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group.
