Objective To observe the effect of Corn plaster and Jiao PiQing in curing corns. Methods 92 corns patients were randomly divided into two groups,which were treated with Corn plaster and Jiao PiQing for 3 weeks,and the patients were observed after stopping using the drug for 8 weeks. Results After the drug treatment,the cure rate of Corn plaster group was 80.9%,the Corn plaster group total efficiency was 95.7%,the cure rate of Jiao PiQing was 95.6%,the total effective rate of Jiao PiQing was 100.0%;after stopping using the drug for 8 weeks,the cure rate of Corn plaster group was 85.1%,the total effective rate of Corn plaster group was 97.9%,the cure rate of Jiao PiQing was 100.0%,the total effective rate of Jiao PiQing was 100.0%. Conclusion The cure rate of Jiao PiQing was high,after stopping using the drug for 8 weeks,according to the results,the 45 patients did not relapse,which was worth clinical promotion.%目的：对门诊鸡眼患者采用鸡眼膏和角皮清进行治疗，比较两种药物的治疗效果。方法随机将92例鸡眼患者分为两组，分别用鸡眼膏和角皮清治疗3周，并在患者停药8周后进行随访。结果给药3周结束后，鸡眼膏对鸡眼的治愈率为80.9%，对鸡眼的总有效率95.7%；角皮清对鸡眼的治愈率为95.6%，对鸡眼的总有效率为100.0%；停止用药8周后，结果显示鸡眼膏治疗鸡眼的治愈率为85.1%，总有效率97.9%，角皮清治疗鸡眼的治愈率100.0%，总有效率100.0%，两组患者均未见复发情况。结论角皮清治疗鸡眼治愈率高，且不易复发。
