斑点追踪显像对冠心病患者左心室扭转运动的研究

摘要

目的 应用斑点追踪成像技术(STI)定量分析冠心病患者左心室扭转运动,探讨其临床应用价值.方法 采集经冠状动脉造影证实的303例冠心病患者左室短轴心底及心尖水平切面二维灰阶动态图像,测量各项左心室扭转参数并获得旋转曲线.结果 冠心痛患者冠状动脉轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组和重度狭窄组中1支、2支、3支病变组之间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 左心室扭转参数可以评价冠心病患者左心室收缩功能,STI为临床早期无创性诊断冠心痛提供了新方法.%Objective To detect the left ventricular twisting motion of the coronary heart disease patients by speckle tracking imaging. Methods Collected by coronary angiography in 303 cases with coronary heart disease patients and 40 normal controls and patients with left ventricular apex of heart, the level of section two-dimensional gray-scale dynamic images, the measurement of left ventricular reverse the parameters and obtain the rotation curve. Results The difference in 1, 2, and 3 pathological change group of the coronary disease patient with coronary artery mild narrow group, the moderate narrow group and the specific weight narrow group has statistics significance (P < 0.0S). Conclusion Left ventricular torsion parameters can evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.it can provide a new way to the early non-invasive clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
