人手皮肤环层小体分布的形态学研究

             

摘要

Objective To study the expression of S-l00 protein and MBP protein in sensory nerve of the human finger's skin. Methods The streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical method was used for the study. Results Dermal papilla ridges were below epidermal ridges. Both of them located in the skin side by side. Pacinian corpuscles located in the reticular layer of dermis and the hypodermis. Cutaneous nerves and sensory corpuscles were found in the blood vessels and the sweat glands nearby. Conclusion It is an effect method with S-100 protien and MBP to label the Schwann cell in the nerve fibers. The concentration of the pacinian corpusles in the area of thenar and metacarpophalangeal articulationis was higher.%目的 研究S-100蛋白和髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)在人手指皮肤环层小体上的表达情况.方法 采用SP免疫组化方法检测S-100蛋白和MBP在人手指皮肤环层小体上的表达.结果 真皮乳头嵴存在于表皮嵴下,与指纹并行排列.环层小体广泛分布在真皮网织层和皮下组织层.皮神经和感觉小体分布在血管和汗腺附近.结论 S-100蛋白和MBP免疫过氧化物酶染色标记施万细胞具有特异性.掌指关节区、鱼际区的环层小体平均数量偏高.
