有氧运动对慢性心衰患者心脏功能的影响

摘要

目的:通过超声心动图与无创心脏血流动力学检测,观察中度有氧运动对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响.方法:随机将280例慢性心力衰竭患者分为2组:有氧运动加药物治疗组(A组)140例和单纯药物治疗组(B组)140例.对2组患者治疗6个月后,对比其超声心功能指标与无创血流动力学指标的变化情况.采用线性相关分析法对2种检测方法的结果进行相关性分析.结果:治疗后A组超声心功能指标及无创血流动力学指标,心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、每搏指数(SI)、心脏指数(CI)等指标与B组均存在显著性差异(均P＜0.05).2种检测方法对CO、CI、SV、SI等指标的检测数据线性相关.结论:慢性心力衰竭患者通过适当的中度有氧运动配合药物治疗可使心功能指标得到改善.无创血流动力学监测结果与超声心动图对心功能的监测结果相关.%Objective:To explore the effect of moderate aerobic exercise in chronic heart failure patients on heart function and analyze the correlation of ultrasound heartbeat monitoring and non-invasive cardiac hemody-namic index.Methods: A total of 280 cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into 2 groups;aerobic exercise group (group A,n=140)and non aerobic exercise group (group B,n=140).The patients were followed up for 6 months, compared the ultrasound heartbeat index and noninvasive hemodynamic parameters using the linear correlation analysis.Results: Six months after treatment in group A, noninvasive hemody-namics index center output (CO),stroke volume (SV),stroke index (SI)and cardiac index (CI)were significantly better than that of group B(all P<0.05).The results of the comparison of two methods for CO,CI,SV,SI index test data have linear relationship (P<0.05).ConcIusion:In patients with chronic heart failure proper moderate aerobic exercise combined with the medication can improve the cardiac function.The results of noninvasive hemodynamics monitor detection are related with the ultrasound heartbeat graph on the cardiac function.
