自1945年8月大连解放到新中国成立的四年间,大连承载了特殊解放区的历史使命.研究回顾这段历史,使得我们更加深刻理解共产党人在特殊环境下砥砺前行的精神风范与责任担当意识,大连"特殊解放区"为全国解放做出了特殊贡献,为新中国城市管理和建设提供了宝贵经验,彰显了中国共产党人的智慧和能力,体现出中华民族不屈的精神和意志.%Due to the special historical background,Dalian undertook the historical mission of special liberation zone in the four years since it was liberated in August 1945. Looking back into the history of this period,we can more deeply understand the spiritual outlook and the sense of responsibility of Chinese communists striving hard in a special environment. The Dalian"special liberation zone"made special contributions to the liberation of the country,provided valuable experiences for the urban management and construction of the new China,embod-ied Chinese communists'wisdom and abilities,and exhibited the Chinese nation's spirit and will of never giving up.
