This paper analyzes the international background and domestic environment in which socialism with Chinese characteristics is formed. It also probes into the causes why socialism with Chinese characteristics is similar to capitalism in many ways,the objective environment in which doubts and disputes arise,and the three preconditions and three key points for establishing the economic model of socialism with Chinese characteristics.%本文分析了中国特色社会主义产生的国际背景和国内根源，从历史和现实两个方面，剖析了其依然存在与资本主义相类似的事物之深刻的原因、产生疑虑和歧见的客观环境，探讨了创建中国特色社会主义经济制度的三个前提和三个重点。
