石油催化裂化重质产物部分替代煤液化循环溶剂的研究

         

摘要

The reaction process of Xinjiang Heishan bituminous with the mixture of FCCO ( FCCRO) and recycling solvent was studied in vibrating autoclave, and the slurry formation was discussed. The effects of FCCO (FCCRO) addition and catalyst in FCCO on coal liquefaction was investigated and compared with the results of no FCCO (FCCRO) addition. The results show that proper addition of FCCO (FCCRO) boasts such excellent performance as higher coal conversion while being made into coal slurry with a concentration within the viscosity range ensuring good transportability. The catalyst in FCCO has little effect on coal liquefaction.%研究了催化裂化油浆(催化裂化回炼油)和循环溶剂组成的混合溶剂,在0.5 L卧式震荡高压釜中与新疆黑山烟煤配制油煤浆的反应过程,探讨了该油煤浆体系的成浆性,考察了不同添加量以及催化裂化油浆中的固体催化剂对煤液化效果的影响,并与没有油浆掺混时进行了对比.结果表明,本试验范围內的油煤浆成浆性良好,满足泵送要求,催化裂化油浆(催化裂化回炼油)的适量添加可以促进煤炭转化,催化裂化油浆中的催化剂对液化效果没有显著影响.
