The factor questionnaire influencing coal roadway driving in Xishan mining area was designed on the basis of site investigation and Delphi method. There are 6 first grade indexes and 28 secondary indexes which include each factors influencing driving speed of coal mine. By analysis of reliability, lanckerbaha figure is between 0. 8 and 0. 9, therefore the inside reliability of the list is acceptable. By the test of KMO and Barlett,it is suitable for factor analysis. Based on these investigation results,questionnaire outcome was carried out with SPSS 17.0 by analyzing factor,and 7 common influencing factors were abstracted about driving speed of coal area from the questionnaire. Factors include crew management, prediction skill of engineering geological conditions, equipment management, optimization of sup-porting parameter, staff quality, conditions of project rock, performance management. Aiming at the seven common fac-tors,7 specific suggestions for driving speed of coal mine were put forward.%在现场调研与专家意见法的基础上,设计了<影响西山煤巷掘进速度的因素调查表>,该表共有6个一级指标和28个二级指标,基本上涵盖了影响煤巷掘进速度的各个方面.经过信度分析,克朗巴哈系数介于0.8～0.9,该量表的内在信度可以接受,经过KMO检验和Barlett球度检验,认为非常适合做因子分析.在此基础上,运用SPSS 17.0对问卷调查的结果进行因子分析,提炼出影响西山矿区煤巷掘进速度的7个公共因子:班组管理因子、工程地质条件预报水平因子、设备管理因子、支护参数优化设计因子、人员素质因子、工程岩层条件因子、绩效管理因子.针对这7个公共因子,为西山矿区煤巷快速掘进提出了7个方面的具体建议.
