聚丙烯酸系列水煤浆添加剂对3种煤的流动性能研究

         

摘要

In the experiment, four kinds of poly-acrylic additives were used to make coal water slurries (CWS) of three kinds of coal( Changcun coal,Changcun coal slime,Bazhou raw coal) ,meanwhile comparing with the results of naphthalene additives. From the experiments, to Changcun coal and Changcun coal slime, comparing with the naphthalene,the dosage of poly-acrylic acid additives is lower 0.20% ~0. 45% and the coal concentration of CWS adding polyacrylic additives is higher 2% ~5% ;to Bazhou raw coal, the highest coal concentration of CWS adding poly-acrylic acid additives is 72% ~73% and the dosage of additives is 0. 6% while the naphthalene cannot be used to make coal water slurry.%用4种聚丙烯酸系列添加剂对常村精煤、常村煤泥、巴洲原煤3种煤样进行制浆试验,并同时与萘系添加剂的制浆结果进行比较.结果表明:对于常村精煤和常村煤泥,同等条件下,与萘系相比,聚丙烯酸系列用量降低0.20%~O.45%,提高水煤浆浓度2%~5%;对于同等条件下萘系不能制得水煤浆的巴洲原煤,添加剂用量为0.6%,聚丙烯酸系列的最高制浆浓度为72%~73%.
