电石渣湿式烟气脱硫传质-反应过程研究

     

摘要

The effect factors on carbide wet flue gas desulfurization were studied by orthogonal test and single-factor experiment, the mass transfer reaction model was established, too. The results show that the order of important factors is the ratio of liquid-gas (L/G) >gas SO2 concentration>slurry pH>carbide concentration>absorption temperature. The ratio of liquid-gas, flue gas SO2 concentration, and slurry pH can improve the desulfurization rate significantly. The rati-o of liquid-gas increases from 10 to 30,the desulfurization rate increases by 54. 91% while dropped by 6. 94% when L/G greater than 60. High flue gas SO2 concentration can improve the desulfurization efficiency increase, but when greater than 1 000xl0~6,the desulfurization rate gradually declines. Increasing the slurry pH improved the desulfurization rates,the system desulfurization rate remaines above 90% at pH = 9. The principle of carbide desulfurization is hy-dration and stabilization of SO2 by forming H+ and HSO3. A stable compound CaSO3 · 2H2O is formed in this process to achieve flue gas desulfurization. The mass transfer-reaction process of flue gas desulfurization by carbide slug was established on film model,the reaction film of SO2 and HSO3 was divided into 3 sections.%在喷淋吸收塔中采用正交试验法对电石渣湿式烟气脱硫的各影响因素进行了研究,建立了传质反应过程模型,并对影响显著的因素进行单因素实验考察,结果表明:各因素的影响大小顺序为液气比(L/G)>烟气SO2浓度>浆液pH值>电石渣浓度>吸收温度,其中液气比、烟气SO2浓度、浆液pH值对脱硫效率影响显著;L/G从10升高到30时,系统脱硫效率提高了54.91%,但升高到60时,系统脱硫效率反而下降了6.94%;烟气SO2浓度的增加可以提高脱硫效率,但大于1 000×10-6后,脱硫效率逐步下降;提高浆液pH值可以提高脱硫效率,pH =9时,系统脱硫效率基本保持在90%;烟气脱硫的本质在于将SO2水化后产生的H+和HSO3-稳定化,电石渣的脱硫原理是将液相中的H+和HSO3-转化成CaSO3·2H2O稳定化,从而实现烟气脱硫;根据SO2和HSO3-的反应面,将液膜分为3个反应区,得到SO2的传质反应过程模型.
